Madison Seger, MHC-LP
Madison Seger, MHC-LP is a psychotherapist at Herald Square Psychology. She received her Master’s in Mental Health Counseling from Fordham University and currently is a PhD Candidate in Counseling Psychology at Fordham.
She has experience providing holistic, culturally sensitive, long- and short-term psychotherapy to address a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, adjustment difficulties, bipolar disorder, disordered eating, career-related issues, relational and interpersonal problems, transitional and acculturation difficulties, phobias, stress management, and coping with chronic conditions. Madison is also trained in acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), mindfulness, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), interpersonal effectiveness, and psychodynamic therapy.
She has extensive experience working with individuals with traumatic brain injury and their family in a rehabilitation and neuropsychology research setting. Madison believes that therapy is not “one size fits all” and will work with you to create an individualized therapeutic experience aimed at creating lasting change.
