Samantha Connolly, MHC

Starting therapy can be daunting, especially when you haven’t seen a therapist before. However, it is an important step to take in order to heal from psychological pain, whether it stems from a traumatic experience, current life stressors, or an internal struggle that is too intimidating to go through alone. Samantha Connolly, MHC, takes an empathetic and caring approach to therapy, ensuring that the client is comfortable, safe, and supported at every step of the way. Rather than sticking to one treatment plan, Samantha tailors sessions around the client’s goals, interests, and comfort. There are times in life where we could all use someone in our corner who has our best interest in mind, and Samantha can be that person for you.
Samantha earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology from Loyola University Maryland and her master’s degree in mental health counseling from Manhattan College School of Education and Health. She has worked with adolescents and young adults with varying levels of mental wellness, treating people who are struggling with mental illness such as anxiety, depression, and obsessive-compulsive disorder, as well as those who just feel stuck and need help to feel like themselves again. Samantha is committed to providing excellent therapeutic services in a supportive manner to help clients reach their goals and become more in touch with their mental health to prevent further struggles.
